Discovery
When hiring a contractor, there are certain tasks that you the client can expect to take part in:
Choosing your Architect
We can help you choose the architect that will best suit the needs of your project. If you already have your architectural plans, we can also work with what you bring to us.
Budgeting
We work within a variety of budgets to best suit your needs. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate cost estimates so to eliminate the burden of hidden costs.
Soil Testing
Not all land is created equal. We contract with several local geotechnical companies that we can use to make recommendations for your project. You will be advised on the strengths and weaknesses of your land to help you make the right decision.
Pre-construction
As your contractor, there are several steps that we will take to get your project started.
Bidding
For your projects best interest, we take bids from only the best companies to ensure efficiency and quality. We will only work with those who share the same values as our own to protect you-our client.
Teams
After we have received the bids for your project, we look at price as well as person to person compatibility. For your project to be efficient, each person hired must be capable of working on your assignment as a group.
Pre-Construction Meetings
We will hold as many pre-construction meetings as necessary to work out all details to ensure that the construction period is as smooth as possible. You can rest knowing that your team is informed of your goals and that each team member will work to achieve your goals.
Construction
When in the construction process, we will keep you informed of your projects progress. We will make sure that you know the completion percentage in the entire scope of the project and you will also work directly with an assigned superintendent. The superintendent will be your translator between you and the job site. Should a concern arise, your superintedent will be there to meet your needs.
