In 1985, Mr. Warren E. Flynn decided to meet the commercial contracting demands of the greater Fredericksburg area by starting Warren Flynn Construction Company, Inc. Prior to 1985, Mr. Flynn was employed as a construction manager, general manager, project manager and superintendent for various construction companies. With over forty years of experience, he had supervised construction on various scales including but not limited to; convenience stores, manufacturing plants, strip shopping centers, club facilities, gymnasiums, churches, medical facilities, fast food restaurants, hotels, apartments, banks and office buildings. Warren Flynn Construction has grown greatly since 1985, with an average business volume of $15,000,000.00 per year.
In 2004, Mr. Warren Flynn passed away. However, his son David Flynn continues the company tradition of excellence that is the vital key to our clients' satisfaction.

Warren Flynn Construction Company, Inc., currently employs over 20 full-time staff members that bring years of experience to the job site. We pride ourselves with the quality superintendents we employ and will match each superintendent to the type of job that is requested.
